Then an AI pass ranks the eligible options and explains each ranking in plain language, citing the customer’s own facts. Every recommendation carries its reasoning. Adaptive intake, governed handover

Intake is a branching questionnaire built for phones. It captures the operating profile, skips irrelevant steps, and can read an uploaded statement to fill in the facts for the customer to confirm. When a provider is chosen, Provis creates a lead with full context and an AI summary, then moves it through a strict, audited lifecycle.

Configuration, not engineering

Payments is the seed vertical. Insurance, lending, energy and telco are configuration on the same platform: the intake questions, the rules, the panel.
