How Xlerate Digital collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
Last updated: May 2026
1. Who we are
Xlerate Digital Pty Ltd (ACN 673 558 739), trading as Impekable Australia, operates this website and the services offered through it. Our registered office is in Sydney, Australia. We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
2. What information we collect
We only collect personal information that we genuinely need to provide our services or to respond to you. The categories include:
- Information you give us through forms — your name, work email, phone number, company, role, sector, country, and the operational context you choose to share. This is the case for the scoping workshop form, the contact form, the discovery call form, and the resources gate.
- Technical information — your browser, device, IP address (which we hash with a per-site salt before storing — we never store the raw IP), referrer, and any UTM campaign tags on the URL when you submit a form.
- Cookies and analytics — see our Cookie Policy for the full list. Statistics cookies are only set after you consent.
- Email correspondence — when you reply to a confirmation email, send a message, or interact with us by email.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Reply to your enquiry and arrange the next step (workshop, discovery call, written reply).
- Send a transactional auto-responder confirming we received your message.
- Maintain the operational record of an engagement (entry status, internal notes, conversion outcomes) for the duration of our relationship.
- Send occasional updates about our work — only if you have explicitly opted in to marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Comply with our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Who we share your information with
We share information only with service providers we genuinely need to operate the site:
- SendGrid (Twilio Inc., USA) — to deliver transactional and notification emails. Subject to Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfer.
- Bluehost — our website host.
- Cloudflare — DNS, DDoS protection, and CDN.
- Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity — anonymous usage statistics, fired only after you accept Statistics cookies.
- Calendly (USA) — when you book a discovery call.
We share with these providers under written agreements that bind them to use the data only as instructed. We never share your information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
5. How we store and protect your information
Form entries are stored in a database table on our hosting account, with daily backups. Access is restricted to authorised members of the Xlerate Digital team. Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS), and the admin area requires two-factor authentication.
We retain form entries for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period after — typically 7 years for tax and audit purposes — and then we delete or anonymise them.
6. Cross-border transfer
Some of our service providers are located in the United States and other jurisdictions. When personal information is transferred, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards under Australian privacy law to ensure your information receives a comparable level of protection.
7. Your rights under the APPs
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of any information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time.
- Make a privacy complaint, which we will investigate and respond to within 30 days.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@xlerate.digital with the subject line “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity before we can act on a request.
8. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy for details on what cookies are set, why, and how to manage them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent change. If we make material changes, we will note them clearly on this page.
